pvr recording

is the situation of not being able to extract recordings off sf918 internal HD resolved or is it possible to attach USB drive to unit and record to and extract off that. this is a major factor as to whether i will buy this unit. also what is the manufacturers website.

you are not able to record the program to usb stick, unfortunately :(

the sf 908 model can record to usb stick.

I've heard that the pvr usb stick function will be soon available on the sf918. Lets hope that it becomes real.

on the latest firmware you can record on the USB stick but not the HD channels

when i put my usb into 918 it keeps rebooting i did get to work recording sd channel on 28e. so hope the bugs can be sorted next firmware

reformated the usb stick and records no prob now and playbacks okallso bbc hd recorded fine
