external hd???

im useing a s\h 120gig ext sata 2.5 hd useing a sata to usb lead d\b found it so i formated it and mouted it and fstab but canot find hd when i try to record can i put this hd in the box if so what leads do i need and where do i connect to in the box thanks

Remove the lead that goes from the board to the esata external plug and use that connection.

Power supply is also there on the board. You should have the power adaptor still in the box. It came with it.

all fitted ok found drive formated ok mount to hdd +fstab but dont rec any ideas cheers
