Barry F**kin Allen

OK I can get the box working fine with any image in the flash but Barry F**kin allen is killing me.
I have latest Oozoon in the flash and have downloaded BA
When it boots it says BA is working fine.
I have ftp'd an image to /media/usb/MB_images
When it boots I get no option to choose another image.
Not often I ask for help with a dreambox but this is driving me mad.:eek:

There is a futher bit you need to do. After you have ftp'd the file across you then have to extract/action the files in the menu system.

I'll dig out the info and post back.

Heres what else you need to do. This info is from team allsats. Bas young.

ftp over your secondary image to (should see the files in the root directory) MB_IMAGES….best to rename the image, if you have the same image on the flash

to actually get the image working, (install via barry allen) select the barry allen plugin, (on nabilo images..its green button…select Barry Allen….then select, ****** FOR IMAGES AT /MB_IMAGES

on the next screen, select…OPTION THREE,,,,EXTRACT NFI IMAGE FROM MB_IMAGES

you should now see the image that you ftp,d over to the unit, select it,

Barry ALLEN will now activate the image, you will see a reassuring message

"DON'T PANIC" (I did )

after about 3 minutes, the unit will reboot, and is a bit slower on start up

I was not extracting the nfi image.
I think because I have e1 embedded in my brain I am finding it harder to look outside the box.
