Activating **** HD in a DM800?

People,

I've taken a quick search around for this, but cannot find anything, though then again it must have been asked before, so pls dont lynch me :respect-061:

I have a S k y sub, and also wish to buy a DM800.

What I am wondering is can I then call up s k y , tell them I want to subscribe to the HD service, and it will activate in the DM800? (I plan on using CCcam).

I also have an orignal Panasonic digibox (not HD of course).

not possible u need a sky HD box for that

To get the card to work on the 800 you need to run it under NewCS with CCcam or MgCamd.
It will not active or au in the DM800.
I am in the same position as you and have been looking at getting a cheap HD box from a well known site.
