motorised dish

setup motorised dish technomate reciever and motor but when i press to go to 28 , e it goes somewhere to the west , what would cause this. can,t pick up no sats. first time tried to install.

what motor is it,, if its a 36v and a v-box sounds like motor wires the wrong way round if disqec check settings,,,,,,,,,no sats at all are you on the arc???? you need to put dish on your southern most sat at the dishes highest point of its arc theres a few good stickies here m8 have a read

technomate diseque motor/ there is a sky dish on the same wall , but when i press sat on remote control the dish turns to the west.the opposite to the sky dish.

put your long and lat in and make sure your put the poles in right , north , and west , eg 2.4 west and 51.5 north ,
