type in canal digital.no in your browser,,,,, then click on tv guide at the top right of page,,,, you get a window up and on the right hand side of the page you have a choice of channel ( velg kanal ) click on that and select the channel you are interested in,,,,,,, then click the ( hent Tvguide )button GOOD LUCK
