1500 power on problem

hi guys my stb will not power on with the remote - i get a single green dash on the display & no more. it powers up using the switch on the back and functions ok and will switch to standby with the remote but not back on again - any ideas

reflash it using a mull modem cable and the darkman loader

I would reflash it with official technomate firmware from their site and check it works , then try a new patch after

It seems like the power supply is faulty have had the same with one

tried reflashing but did not help - i guess its a power supply problem as satpaul says

i noticed this thread was dated 10 dec,, thats a pity ,, i have a techo 1500 and admit i would be really dissapointed,,,
i assume the plug fuse etc is ok,,,,
