how to remove tuner in dm800 ???

Hi how does the tuner in dm800 lift out seem to be slotted in at the side both cable connectors going through the backplate with tuner held by a screw .I am sure there must be an easy way to remove it but looking at it doesn't seem like it asking because I may need to change it

Don't you need to use the other back plate that comes with the DM if you swap tuners ?
