This is the weakest frequency on Thor 3 for UK viewers, also not helped by the 7/8 FEC. Can just about pull this in on my 1.2m dish but get some picture break-up occasionally!

Thats odd eh, many of my receptions on 1W are less than 69% and hold fine (except for this OTHER prob many are experiencing with Conax channels periodically freezing 'anyway') - cant really understand this variation, especially with my OWN experience in North Lincs (i.e.NE England-ish) with 69% from 1M dish!:frown:

My setup is a cuberevo,diablo cam,1.2 channel master dish..no problem with the picture in the South of England just outside of Portsmouth.
I have no sound though.

Here in Newcastle I can get the TV2 Film HD with 1mtr Triax dish and Techo 6900 Combo, with Level 82% and Quality 86%, and the film that has just started is Legend of the Fall.

Hi catseye are you using an av amp to get your sound?

No mate just a sony lcd tv - sound amp is switched off-checked frequencies on king of sat -on my box it throwed up two TV2 film HD's one clears & the other doesn't-

On signal bars L= 100% Q =98%-also getting Nelonen Hd too

Had to tweek the dish a bit & lnb to get a lock

Also noticed since (on slightly off topic) -can now get most of v channels from Nilesat too

Fatbloke -can you check nilesat in your neck of woods please m8 -i couldnt get bugger from this b4 on my Technomate box-cheers m8:cheers2:

I will have another look at king of sat later.
As regards nilesat I can get all the vertical channels but non of the Horizontal channels.
I don't know if the signal bars are right but it shows 100 percent on levels and quality.

hello happy new yr 1st,
2nd i have cuberevo /ipbox 9000
and get nothing at all open on thor or intelsat 1west
scanned tv2 film hd and nelonen hd got the channels but not opening .Do i need the diablo cam ? or is there any software for this sat on my 9000
i get tv1000 etc on my hummy 5400 but never had anything opening with my 9000 , any advise will be appreciated .
as all i got at the mo is mbc's fta on 26east

Hi Jud

You will need either a diablio cam or m2+ card to see owt open on 1 west channels

Unless you get a legit sub or c/s

You might open some of the non Telenor channels (Digi Tv)that has TV1000 included in its package with latest satankey bundle-start a new thread in the cuberevo section-please tell us what size dish you have & equipment (any cams or cards) & roughly where u r in uk & we can try to help you
