Hi,

Does anybody know if the development has stopped for the Vantage HD receivers?

There has been no update for almost a month now...

Donīt worry, I talked with Vantage-team and they have problem with some function in firmware and take time to find a solution. We can only wait to they is ready with new firmware.

I like to Vantage shall change OS on reciever to Linux so we can develops to better and donīt wait to new firmware from Vantage.

Almost all the receivers that came after Vantage have got CS except Vantage...

Correct, Tarzan. I believe to Vantage are under pressure and i heard to many customers will have Linux-OS in receiver. I believe too Vantage come gave up in future and put Linux-OS in receiver so we can have CS and develops self..

Vantage 7100/8000 have same chip-family as Kathrein UFS910 so they can put Linux in reciever without problem...
