technomate 6900 not moving the dish

hi every one i seem to have a problem, i have just updated my channel list via usb no problem until i went to change sat position, it did nothing ,so i had a look in settings changed it to 1.2 i can change the position manual but it wont change automatic like before, can you help please also i have stored all the positions manualy it sticks with the last position which i was on last and dose not move the dish it comes up on the screen but the dish dose not move but will move manualy hope this helps the 6900 is connected to a v box

I had a similar problem with my 6900 hd super combo. I went back to basics, put limits back in and then had to scan each sat I wanted to watch, from the dropdown in sat setup. Hope this helps ? I am no expert but now I steer clear of sat lists. All I update is the firmware and Softcam keys,
