Sly official with TM6900

HI,
I will probbly be getting a TM6900HD Super combo next year. Question.. Will a Sly official card work the HD channels on the TM?

My Sly card certainly DOES open the HD channels on my TM6900HD Super M8 - but I am under impression card has to be periodically placed back into the di*ibox to actually update itself - I dont THINK the TM will do it for you - but I stand to be corrected?:respect-050:

See post "Freesat card not updating" by kiza a couple of members have said that they have put dead cards in their 6900 and brought them back to life on Channels 5 or Sly3. I have been trying for 3 weeks now and not managed it ( made sure I did it on Thursday even if I missed a couple of other nights ) all to no avail
