tm 5400ci+ patching problem!

Hi guys i downloaded the latest file from https://www.satpimps.co.uk/showthread.php?t=84834 and uploaded it via data transfer to reciever, but on the digitv channels it jus says scrambled channel and wont work.


what shall i do??????
