cannot find sats

im useing dm800hd 80cm dish technomate diseqc ive got 13\19 and 28 but cannot lock on any others tryed retuneing the dish with no results any ideas please also have new lmb :banghead:

had the same problem i take it you have the motorised system
iff so make sure your pole is correct with a plum line then set to thor fine tune from there you shoud get the ark from there hope this helps

iam having the same trouble getting thor 72%, 5 76% , 13 h/b 62% , 19 astra 76% and getting no other channels and pole 100% ok??????

bjpenn you should get 13 19 and 28 ok as these are strong signals i think in you case make sure you have set your dish to south and zero the motor then try say 13deg first and thanks arold the pole was slightly out if not too cold tomorrow im gona reset all the dish\motor again
