Anyone kind enough to answer if you can change the provider for Sky UK EPG please?

I have cable and using e2_loadepg it is simple to change the provider so that all data downloads integrates into the cable channel list.

Can you do the same on Nabilosat?

Not sure yet as it is too early to know, the image has been out less than 24 hours.

So far the only problem I have encountered was with the Network test failing on initial set up.
Ignore it as the network is fine, carry on with your set up and then reboot and it seems to fix it's self.
Same problem reported with the 7025.

Be carefull installing new skins - THEY HAVE to be BH v.0.06 not 0..05

The HD ZERO lite is meant to make DM800 faster due to smaller sized Graphics. This can be found online via your DM800

green Button --> Yellow Download E2 Image Skins ... just use v0.06 ones! INstalling v0.05 SKins WIll cause your Box not to Boot! Becarefull

yes m8 use dreambox edit,you will have to configure it to enigma 2 in options (bottom right tab)then just FTP recieve files from dreambox,(i made a new folder)update to v0.6 then back to DBE and FTP then send those files back

I tried this, I made a backup first using dreambox edit, but it won't let me send the files back, it says lamedb dosen't exist etc, does this mean I have to start again :(:o10:

I am going to check the settings again, I'm tuning in 28.2e, I hope a lamedb file etc comes out of it, I'm going to try and see if the settings come back, otherwise I am going back to Gemini 3.70 and hope I can reload the settings.

Hello bobothebear, no I lost my manual satellite positions, but I've sorted it now, Nabilo kept on overwriting my settings file, but I replaced with adding my own satellite settings, putting the box on standby and pulling the power out for 30 secs, I am going to setup CCam and NewCS and I will let you know.

ok I think its working, once I have access to the Sky card, I can test it, phew a bit of a nightmare but its all working now at least, one thing I don't like though is the SNR rating, its giving me a lower rating then it did in Gemini by 4%

How do I get to the signal meter? and is there a plugin where I can access my CCam server without having to go to the pc?

How do I download keys for example and maintain them?

Best way I have found is download CCcam 2.1.0+NewCs162 from menu then download CCcam2.0.11
Then go to /usr/camscript and edit Ncam_NewCS1.62_CCcam2.0.10.sh file where it is 210 to 211 like I have done here and it will look like this.

Its all been activated ok, got hip hop in the bouquets. When I select radio mode and then hip hop channel nothing happens, however long I wait?

Use the Channel list here -- and follow the pictures. Once installed reboot the DM800 - and go to the HipHop channel if you want sky UK and it automatically starts downloading.

I selected HipHop channel on Sly, but you can't get to Nabilosat EPG setup for some reason, so I went to TV mode and accessed it from there, I then pressed Red, set it up as per applematt's screen, it then asked me to press OK to restart enigma2, when it reloads again, the Nabilosat EPG setup goes back to the default settings and not the settings I told it to save.:confused:

Also I noticed whilst in radio mode, when you press audio button you can't select another sound track (they do this on Cyfra's Music Choice), is there an alternative way to access it?:confused:

@ Harshy -- Just select the Hip Hop channel - and reboot thats it. Yes the Marco polo comes back - but it will be fine.

But yea dont use one thats been in a PC etc Places like Play . c o m do them for a few squid.

This is the first morning I have set it as only installed BH 0.6 yesterday morning.

Looks like a very nice image, I've always been a Gemini boy so things are in strange places but it's a nice image seems stable as well :-)

Make sure you keep a copy of your settings file, for whatever reason Nabilo kept on overwritting it, this is the file that has all your manual satellite positions stored I think.

I noticed that when I just did a epg download just now, it's not showing any programs as being available until 18:00 this afternoon. So is there a reason why the epg data is 6 hours missing?

I see you have the EPG functionality working, what am I doing wrong :confused

1) Press BLUE twice to go to Nabilosat EPG setup (I did this whilst in TV mode watching BBC One)
2) Pressed red to change settings to enable SkyEPG open Loader and changed channel to get EPG from Marcopolo to HipHop all other settings the same
3) It now tells me to restart enigma2, so I pressed ok
4) Once loaded I went to Hip Hop channel the radio station on sly 28.2e
5) Rebooted box by pressing Restart whilst on HipHop

at this point, I get just the usual booting up and starting enigma2 messages and it just loads as normal.

I feel its something very simple, but I just can't nail it.

That's what I missed out all along, I forgot to press green!:redface: whilst I was on HipHop, there was no progress bar or anything though, it updated most of the channels but not all of them that I ticked, how long do I have to wait?

I like the image as well but I just can't get it to read the s** uk card, its so frustrating, the card reader is definitely not broke, as it can read other cards, I wonder if there is a problem with bootloader 70, having nabilo image on flash and an nd* card.

3 things that i think need looking at

first and most important is HTTP authentication .( I want the web interface ON and i dont want anyone else to get in without a password).

Second the clock needs to stay at the chosen time zone.

Third when i select a new satellite to scan in tuner config , I should not have to reboot the box to see it in the rotor settings

i noticed the timer is set to zap to hip-hop every day, can we not set it to zap marcopolo an hour later?

epg is great, pressing the "long" info key gives you different epg options, is there an ability to make the other epg a default?

Got the EPG working, but there is one small issue with it. For those channels that have multiple variants with the same name e.g. Five, Sky Sports 1 the EPG is only applied to one of the channels, and I have found it is not consistently the same one.

This is frustrating as I setup bouquets containing the channel which had the EPG applied, then on a later update it is on one of the other variants. Hope this will be fixed in a future version. Otherwise it is very good.

The default HD skin will do that (and also display LCD picons if you turn that on, but that function sucks in my view). Of course you have to install the picons yourself via the download center - or make your own set if you can't find one that suits you.

Picons go in /media/usb/picon if you use a stick, or /usr/share/enigma2/picon if you put it on the internal memory.

LCD picons go in /usr/share/enigma2/piconlcd and are turned on by pressing blue button twice, then change the setting in OSD Settings.

*edit* I just realized you may have meant a HD icon for HD channels, if that was the case, then I am sorry (of course this can easily also be achieved in any skin using picons).

on S||y Italia, tune into Fox+1 tv channel (or Fox if it dosen't work) and it will bring down the Italian listings and on S||y UK, just go to Hip Hop radio channel :)
