problems with softcam key after updating

Hi all
Happy new year to all..

Not quite sure if this is the correct place for this post, so please accept my appology if it isn't.

I have purchased a TM-6900 super combo :respect-010::rolleyes::rolleyes:hd receiver, and had no problems what so ever in updating the softcam keys. After updating the Receiver with the latest patch from the Technomate site, it's number 668 dated 17/12/09, the receiver will no longer recognise the softcam key file. I have tried different usb sticks with no joy.
I am just wondering if this is a glitch with the latest patch ?
At the moment I have put the older version patch 667 back onto the receiver and don't have the problem.
Also is there any benefit from having the latest patch ?

The original 668 is from Tm and it does not support softcam. 667p is the latest FW with patch supporting softcam.

M8 - Version 668 is the software from which the filemen will eventually produce a 'proper'patch with all the current keys etc on it - but Technomate NEVER produce 'usable' software for most of us who wish to watch as much satellite tv as possible!
So YES the latest 667 patch, followed by the LATEST softcam (1/1/09) should be loaded to your TM6000 series stb via USB & memory stick to obtain the currently BEST range of channels etc!:cup-006::respect-048:

trouble is with 667p you have rebooting problems (without you originating reboot )& also accessing hdd tp play / record. 668 cures this - but then no softcam !
