sab HD / octagon sf918 howto

I don't want to withold anyone here following link:
It's kind of a manual for the SAB HD I composed....
Guys here owning a SAB HD can use it directly without modification.

But if (for the SF918 that is) repacing the links for downloading firmware and replacing the pincodes with those for the SF918, it's also very usable for the SF918 since both are clones of one another.
I think it has about every "dummy guide" in it (and I left it in English too for everyones convenience ;) )

I dont know if the sab receiver has the same support as Octagon.

I've heard that sab releases the emu sometimes 1-2 month later.
