    Amiko Bricked

I have an Amiko XFinder 3 satellite meter

I tried updating the software yesterday but I ended up bricking it as you can see from the picture

Does anyone have the program for flashing it via the RS232 port and has anyone got the latest (or any) genuine firmware for this meter?

Also What's the difference between emu and mcas in the firmware for this meter?

How do I flash it with the RS232 port? Or with USB but I cannot get to any menus on the screen
I cannot figure out hot to flash as the screen above is the only screen I can get to

after unpacking file and putting onto usb stick, you my have to make it a recovery tool by renaming it eg.....(force_upgrade_rom) put in switch on and press ok...ok...ok...ok....but also try older usb sticks as some gear dont like newer versions of usb stick or more than 32gb

    Unfortunately that did not work
I have an old 16Mb usb stick I used
I renamed the stick to force_upgrade_rom but it still would not do anything

I've discovered there's a recovery iso file that needs to be flashed to a usb stick with a program that formats the stick and extracts the iso file
Amiko have specific ones for all their boxes
I have no idea where to find this, I have asked them for a copy of it but they have said no.
I found the flashing program for flashing the usb stick but can't find a copy of the Xfinder 3 recovery iso file

The place I bought it from in England said they can't flash the software back onto the box, Amiko said send it back to them and they'll send it back to Amiko
If they will send it back to be flashed its going to take weeks/months and cost a fortune!
I know what make I won't be buying again

    Yes I've been there
There's a recovery file that needs flashing to the meter, I just can't find the file anywhere
