Sony Bravia kd-49xe9005 coloured bars

I have a sony tv kd-49xe9005.
When I switch it on it has coloured vertical bars. After 20 minutes if I turn it off and back on again all is well. I have replaced the Tcon board and it made no difference. I am thinking it could be the external 19.5v adapter or the dc input board causing bad triggering on the Tcon board. Has anyone got any knowledge of this type of problem? Thanks in advance.

I have checked all the caps and warmed them with a hairdryer. It didn't change anything. I'm thinking of changing the LED driver board. It's has some large electolytics on it. Only a few pounds on Ebay.
